Refund Policy

1. Overview

THE FALCON 360 operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Users purchase credits which are then used to access various features of the application, such as generating research papers, downloading documents, or publishing to our journal. This policy outlines our stance on refunds for these credits.

2. Credit System

Credits are purchased in packages. Once purchased, credits are added to your account balance. Specific actions within the application will deduct a predetermined number of credits from your balance. The cost of each action is clearly displayed before you confirm it.

3. No Refunds

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, we cannot issue a refund, either in full or in part. This is because the credits provide immediate access to our digital services.

We encourage users to start with smaller credit packages to familiarize themselves with our service before making a larger purchase.

4. Credit Expiration

Your credits do not expire. Any credits you purchase will remain in your account and can be used at any time, as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

5. Disputes and Service Issues

If you believe there has been an error in the deduction of credits from your account, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service after credits have been deducted, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and, if an error is found on our part, we will restore the deducted credits to your account.
